Highly recommend their services. Thank you, Lisa.
Audrey and whole staff was very kind and professional handling my mothers funeral.
We selected Warren-McElwain when my father-in-law passed suddenly with no prearrangements. Audrey was incredibly compassionate, made sure to take care of everything, and helped us make sure everyone got an opportunity for closure
Having not been back in town to Lawrence in many, many years, I was certainly relieved to see that the name I knew, Warren McElwain, was yet still providing their services. Upon the passing of my relation, and myself, being across the country at the time, I needed a trusted partner in the decision -making of final arrangements
The people at Warren-McElwain were wonderful when my father passed away. Very caring, considerate and respectful. They did what they said they were going to do and everything was perfectly done.
The family of Mary Ann Adams is happy with the service and caringfor my wife's celebration of life service and burial.
I definitely appreciate the patient, thorough and unhurried support that Audrey provided after my dad's passing. He and my mother had not made prearrangements, but Audrey took us through the entire cremation process in a supportive and informative way
These people here are servants they are comforters and they have a very tough job. I do not know how they manage to do the work they do but hats off to them. I would highly recommend this place for any funeral arrangements you have to make
We cannot give enough praise to all of the staff from Warren-McElwain Mortuary, especially to Lisa M.Everyone was so nice and and not pushy. They listened to our requests and exceeded our expectations
Audrey was very helpful and sensitive to our needs. She helped us develop mom’s obituary and dealt effectively with issues related to her death certificate.
The staff at Warren-McElwain was very helpful during this difficult time. Audrey was absolutely the best. She was not only extremely patient but respectful and showed compassion for the entire family.
They are very helpful during this horrible time.
Couldn't have asked for better! They were on point when it came to transporting our loved one to another state then back home. I let them know what I was trying to accomplish and they took it from there
The service you get comes from the most compassionate, caring people. You will not be disappointed choosing this place to take care of your loved one.
I have had the honor of officiating several funerals at Warren-McElwain. The staff are always professional and attentive to families' needs. They go the extra mile to serve people who find themselves at a very low point as they grieve their loved one
Sad to say but this was our second time using Warren McElwain in a year. They buried my mother last year and my father this year. Both times we had the pleasure of working with Audrey. I just can't say enough good things about her and the service she and the mortuary provided
The staff at Warren-McElwain are so kind and did everything they could to make a sorrowful occasion run smoothly. They took care of all of the details and were available whenever we needed, even at 9:00 at night
Audrey and the staff of Warren McElwain we're so gracious and helpful. They made a difficult time so much easier. Everything went so smoothly. Their facility is very beautiful, too. Thank you from the Courtright family
During one of the hardest moments in our life, they did a wonderful job making sure we were well taken care of. Very grateful for their help and compassion during such a sad time.
Audrey Bell and team at Warren-McElwain did an exceptional job when our relative passed away unexpectedly. During this extremely emotional time for us they were exceedingly professional & caring. Even when inadvertently our family arrived at our appointment time and another family was present at the funeral home discussing their needs--> Audrey Bell was able to balance the time between the two families and met our families expectations
This family owned funeral home is by far the best in the area. They are genuine in every way. They will walk you step by step and treat you like family. I personally know this family and I have witnessed with my own eyes their care for others
Warren McElwain handled my husband’s visitation and memorial service at our church professionally and compassionately. Michael kindly and competently helped me with preplanning. Audrey led our family through the planning and actual events in a superb and caring manner
The staff was very friendly. Very accommodating and always answered the questions we had..
They have been extremely kind and patient. Audrey has been phenomenal. They are truly dedicated well trained professionals. I am from a large family and they were able to keep us on track and answer all questions we had
At such a difficult time, Marla made our experience with losing our father, a very heart warming transition. She was absolutely awesome! Then, 6 months later my daughter saw Marla at a gas station and she recognized her as Harlin Redding’s granddaughter! Unbelievable, as we understand how many people and families she has dealt with in the last 6 months
We couldn't of had a better experience at warren mcelwain. Audrey and all of the staff there were so helpful and truly caring of our needs and it couldn't of been a more beautiful service. I will forever be thankful for their service.
Exceptional. We have been utilizing WMM for funeral services since 1986 when my grandmother passed. We often joke with former owner, but still very involved, Larry about a frequent customer discount
They have been our go to funeral home for our family. Always do a beautiful service from the heart. Hair and makeup is the best! We will continue coming back for the painless, fair and professional services offered by the McElwains.
Excellent service, Very professional. Dog-friendly. Apparently not part of a large conglomerate. I am not a fan of mortuaries--when you are dealing with them it is at difficult times and there are some notorious abusive practices at some of them
We also used Warren-McElwain for our son's funeral. They were caring, supportive and reasonable. I could not have asked for more from a friend at a difficult time. Thank you
