I knew Belva and her parents and Arlen since I was a child. DeSoto won’t be the same. I pray for all.

Went to high school with Belva and her lovely smile was just one of the wonderful things about her . My heart goes out to get family and numerous friends. You must go on without her lovely spirit among you. Just keep in mind that the heart knows no death. Her love is still in your hearts.

I have known Belva for many years but we didn’t get to be close friends , until the last 3 years. I considered her to be one of my best friends. She will be very missed.

De Soto has lost a wonderful lady. We will all miss seeing her everywhere! Her spirit will be with us all, it will lift her close friends up and make us all chuckle when remembering her. I will find myself looking for her red car cruising the town!

Kelley and Bret, I am truly sorry for your loss! Mothers are a special gift that you and your family will always cherish. While you will miss her, know that she will always be with you and the wonderful mother you are today is due in part to your mother.
I will keep the Chapman family in my thoughts and prayers…..
