Bill, I will always remember you as the kind gentle-hearted neighbor that you were. I never heard a harsh word out of your mouth and admired the calm grace you carried yourself with. Truly a man of character. Many good times were shared when the Goff’s, Yother’s, and Ravins’ got together at the lake! Rest in peace kind soul.

As a 27 yr. employee of DuPont, I knew Bill very well. I ordered the raw materials he needed to run the power plant. Together, we audited the monthly utility bills from KPL. His personal integrity was unquestioned.
