Aunt Wanda was a very special lady. She was just a great example of how to be a super wife and mom. The years I spent in Lawrence brought me closer to her, and I am so grateful for that. Also, I am so happy for the times I have seen her during the last 10 years or so. Love to you, Rita. You will miss her. We will, too.

My heart and words can never express what your mother and you have come to mean to myself and our family at Allie’s Village. The very short time that we came to know you and Wanda were some of the most precious I have ever experienced.

Thank you for entrusting us to spend the last few days of your mother’s life with her. We loved her very much and feel the same way about you and Tony. Please know that we send our thoughts, our prayers and our love to you and your family in this most difficult time.
