I am sorry to read of Troy’s passing. I met him when he worked for the county. We had some fun times there! He was very helpful to me when my husband became ill, and mowed our yard for free for a whole summer. I am still grateful. May his soul be blessed.

Troy has been my friend for decades and his memories will echo for the rest of my life. A true gentleman that was kind, smart, brave and witty.
I am sad that his journey on earth has ended but joyous that he has a place in heaven waiting for the reunion with all those who were lucky enough to call him a friend or family. Troy Allen Palmer, Godspeed!

Hi Peggy, so sorry to hear about Troy…our prayers are with your families as usual. We are so grateful we were able to meet and visit with Troy a couple of years ago at George’s, and then to have you explain things a little better in Topeka.

God Bless, Mic and Rosemary Houghton (Bocquin)

My sincerest condolences to the family. Troy was an agent at McGrew Real Estate when I started in 1994. He was always helpful and kind. He loved his young sons more then life and spoke of them many times. When he left Real Estate for a career at the county as a tax assessor we would still bump into each other and visit and he was still that kind person… I will always remember him that way. Rest in Peace Troy.
