Tammy Jo (Watson) Sigle

Funeral services for Tammy Jo (Watson) Sigle, 44, Lawrence, KS will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, October 14, 2014 at Lawrence Free Methodist Church. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery. She passed away Thursday, October 9, 2014.

Tammy was born April 18, 1970 in Longmont, CO the daughter of Gary Lee and Bertha Mae (Campbell) Watson.

She was a member and Team Captain for Relay For Life of Douglas County and a member of the American Cancer Society. She enjoyed gardening, her dogs, watching KU basketball, antiquing, vacations and adventures.

Tammy was the Seafood Manager at Dillons Grocery Store in Topeka. She also worked many years at various Dillons Stores in Lawrence.

She married William “Will” Eugene Sigle March 24, 2012 in Topeka, KS. He survives of the home.

Other survivors include her parents; stepdaughter, Kylan; stepsons, Ryley, Ryan and Christian; brother, Doug Watson and wife, Sharon; sister, Cherrie and husband Mark Preut; sister-in-law, Debbie Watson; step mother-in-law, Laurie Sigle; mother-in-law, Betty Sigle and many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by one brother, Robert Mark Watson in 2009; father-in-law, Rodney Sigle; and grandparents, William and Winifred Campbell and Lawrence Dean Watson and Wavey (Carpenter) Watson.

The family will greet friends from 6 – 8 p.m. Monday, October 13, 2014 at Warren-McElwain Mortuary in Lawrence.

Memorial contributions may be made in her name to the Douglas County VNA and Hospice Care and may be sent in care of the mortuary.
