Graveside services for Ronald L. McGregor, 93, will be in Pioneer Cemetery on Thursday, April 26, 2012 at 10:00am.

Mr. McGregor died at his home on April 21, 2012.

He married Dorothy Nuffer on February 13, 1942. She survives of the home.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to the Ronald L. McGregor Herbarium- KU Endowment and sent in care of Warren-McElwain Mortuary.

Sweet Dorothy, You and Ron were such a terrific pair 70 years! What a feat to accomplish! I know you will deeply miss him, but how fortunate to have had him with you for so long. My prayers are for God’s comforting love to surround you and give you peace. Much love, Mary “C.”

Saddened by Dorothy’s passing, & so soon after Ron, but we’re sure she couldn’t bear being w/out him. Ron was 1 of the very best bosses, friends & people i have known. & Dorothy was his perfect mate. What a fabulouspair! We will miss them, & the world is a little less bright & right w/out them. May eternity reward them 4 lives well lived
