Hard to imagine not having Roger around after having grown up together playing cowboys and Indians and later moving on to motorcycles and cars. I know he is in a better place no longer having to suffer. Thankful for that. Susan and I offer our condolences to you and Shelly and the grandchildren.
Susan & Shelley,
It broke my heart to see that Roger has passed. I will miss seeing his side-smile. I will miss running into you two, as well. Roger was lucky to have such loving women in his life. Sending you hugs and my love.

I’m so sorry to read of Rogers passing. I always looked forward to seeing him first thing in the morning! Over the years he went from a quiet guy to somebody who would joke around with me a little bit. We always joked about his Munchers group. He was super proud of his grandsons. Thinking about you at this really difficult time.
Dear Susan, I still cannot believe Roger is gone. My one consolation is he is in a better place. I have so many memories of times spent together with both of you & Shelley.
I love you all & you are in my prayers.

Susan and Shelley, I was so sorry to learn this morning that Roger had died. I know this journey hasn’t been easy for any of you as dementia (for both the patient and the caregivers) is a tough “road” to hoe. Roger is now at peace and you shall begin working on what life now has in store for you. Hold tight to all the many good memories you shared. As your neighbor and friend, know that you can call on me at any time. Hugs, Marcia

Susan, Shelley & family,
We are so sorry to read of Roger’s death. He always had a smile on his face which could erase any troubles one might have. Roger touched so many people in his life and will long be remembered and missed. We share your loss.
Susan, I have many fond memories of Roger when we worked together delivering the Kansas City Star. He always had a warm smile and positive attitude. Was saddened to read of his passing. My most heartfelt condolences to you and your family
George & Joyce Elliott. We are saddened to read about Roger’s passing, Growing Up together as school buddies were good and wild times. Joyce and I remember the times he would be working on coke machines at the places we worked and catching up on how everything was going and the good old CB days of course Roger using the handle Pop Dock . Our prayers go out to the family
So sorry to see the passing of your Dad, Shelley. Please know you are in my thoughts and prayer.
Susan, I was shocked to read of Roger’s passing. As your 1964 classmate, I knew Roger from LHS and then would see him frequently at the different places I worked.
Roger was such a gentle soul, and always had a shy smile and a twinkle in his eye whenever he would see you. I didn’t see him for years and years and then about two years ago I saw and talked with him at McDonald’s and he still had the twinkle in his eyes and that beautiful crooked smile.
May happy memories sustain you in the lonely days and years ahead Susan. As a widow of nine years myself, I understand this new chapter of your life.
Much love,
Cynthia
Susan and Shelley,
I am sorry to read of Roger’s passing. May your memories bring you comfort. Thinking of you.
