Funeral services for Reina Nicole Lynn Heston, 1, Eudora, will be held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 23, 2019 at Warren-McElwain Mortuary in Lawrence, KS. Burial will be held at Oak Hill Cemetery. Reina passed away Sunday, April 14, 2019 at her home.
Reina was born December 28, 2017 in Lawrence, KS
Survivors include her mother, Sabrina Heston, father, Travis Dowling, maternal grandparents, Jason and Angie Lee, brothers; Julian Heston and Zayne Amire Rachel, sister, Anne Mae Nicole Dowling, aunts/uncles; Kayla (Aaron Sr.) Lee, Kaylie (Coleman Fletcher) Lee, Melanie Wornell, Madison Lee, Sabastian Lee, Eric Wilkins, William (Taylor Solwa) Laxton, Stacey (Jawan Rosser) Lee, Ashley (Matt) Lenderman, Crystal Whitebread, Kristina (Mathew) Lawrence, Lacey (Billy Wood) Wilks, Kim (Jason) Nemecheck, Jessica Miller, Angela (Tracy) Dowling-Burnett and Brian (Christy) Dowling, Sherrie Ingenthron, great grandparents, Robert and Julie Heston, great grandmother, Mary Ann Lee and cousin, Aaron Porter Jr., great-great grandmother, Donna Branbenburgh.
Reina was preceded in death by her great grandfather, Paul David Lee, grandfather, Brad Ivan Lee, paternal grandparents, Richard Lee and Debbie Ann Dowling, uncle, Tyler Michael Dowling.
The family will greet friends from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Monday, April 22, 2019 at Warren-McElwain Mortuary.

Dear Family, I am so sorry to hear of the loss of your dear baby and send you my sincere condolences. May you find comfort from God’s word at Revelation 21:3,4 and John 5:28,29. Heartfelt prayers are with you during this difficult time.
When a woman is giving birth, she has sorrow because her hour has come, but when she has delivered the baby, she no longer remembers the anguish, for joy that a human being has been born into the world. So also you have sorrow now, but I will see you again, and your hearts will rejoice, and no one will take your joy from you. In that day you will ask nothing of me. Truly, truly, I say to you, whatever you ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you.
My deepest sympathy for the loss of your precious little one. May God wrap you in his arms and bring you comfort for your sorrow. My prayers are with you.
