Paul Lee

Funeral services for Paul David Lee, 66, Lawrence, are pending and will be announced by Warren-McElwain Mortuary. His nephew, Pastor Kevin Bost will officiate.  Burial with Military Honors will be in Oak Hill Cemetery.  He died at his home, Friday, January 1, 2010.

Paul was born March 14, 1943, in Paola, KS, the son of William and Cora Smith Lee.

He was in the U.S. Army and served two tours of duty in Vietnam from 1966 to 1969.

He worked at Color Press for 15 years and Lawrence Paper Company for 10 years, retiring
in 1989.

He married Mary Ann Bost on July 31, 1970, in Lawrence, KS.  She survives of the home.

Other survivors include: two daughters, Kimberley Nemecheck and husband Jason and Stacey
Frazier and husband Fred, all of Lawrence; one son, Jason and his wife Angie, of Eudora;
two brothers and two sisters, and 14 grandchildren, Jessica, Jonathan, Nicole, Tyler, Lucas, Thelma, Storm, Tabitha, Brittany, Sabrina, Sabastian, Kayla, Kaylie and Madison.

The family will greet friends on Wednesday from 6 to 8 pm at the mortuary. Memorials in his name may be made to the American Heart Association and sent in care of the mortuary.
