I should share a special memory.
In 1957 Mike and I were starters on the Ottawa High School basketball team when we defeated Lawrence High School.
To celebrate our team over nighted in my parents basement.
Early next morning Mike’s mother and the police came looking for Mike.
I can still see him saying “ I guess I should have called my mom”.
