Linda Lee Webb

Funeral services for Linda Lee Webb, 60, Lawrence will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, June 13, 2015 at Warren-McElwain Mortuary in Lawrence. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery. She passed away Tuesday, June 9, 2015 at her home.

Linda was born July 5, 1954 in Riverside, CA the daughter of Murl and Ruth (Nelson) Hicks.

She was very family oriented and especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. She enjoyed cooking, cleaning, holiday decorating and collecting Mickey Mouse memorabilia.

She was a Supervisor at Allen Press in the Publishing Department.

She married Ron Webb on October 22, 1999. He survives of the home.

Other survivors include her children, Billy (Angie) Faulconer, Amanda Faulconer (Stuart Armstrong), Jeremy (Amanda) Faulconer, Mandi Webb, Lacy Webb (Aaron Rogers); 17 grandchildren; one great grandchild; and three brothers, Murl Hicks, Dennis Hicks, Jimmy Hicks; and one sister, Terry Baird. She was preceded in death by her parents.

The family will greet friends from 4 – 6 p.m. Friday, June 12, 2015 at the mortuary.

Memorial contributions may be made in her name to the family and may be sent in care of the mortuary.

    I am very sorry about Linda… she has been in my prayers. I am sure the good lord is taking care of her now..
    She and I shared a lot of good times and laughs at AP.. I will always remember those times.. she was a good friend..

    My condolences to Linda’s family. I had the pleasure of working in the same department with Linda many years ago, and enjoyed the time very much. Hearing the stories about the fun things she did with her family was always such a highlight. She will be missed.
