A visitation for Jerry Dean Adams, 73, Lawrence, KS. will be held from 11:00 ~ 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 20, 2024, at Warren-McElwain Mortuary in Lawrence, KS. Jerry passed away on Tuesday, December 19, 2023, in Kansas City, MO.
Jerry was born on November 21, 1950, in Topeka, KS, the son of James and Luetta (Peterson) Adams.
He married Wanda Mooney on September 5, 1995, in Lawrence, KS. She preceded him in death on July 24, 2022.
Survivors include children, Sonya Burns, Angie Cahoone, Billy Adams, and sister, Carol Crane.
Jerry was also preceded in death by his parents.
Memorial contributions may be made in Jerry’s name to Lawrence Humane Society and may be sent in care of Warren-McElwain Mortuary, 120 W. 13th Street, Lawrence, KS 66044.
