Funeral services for Ezra Shepherd Sweat, Infant, will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday , December 8, 2012 at Grace Evangelical Presbyterian Church. Burial will follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Pleasant Grove, KS. He died December 2, 2012 at Lawrence Memorial Hospital.
Survivors include his parents, Steven Michael and Emma Brooke (Markley) Sweat; brother, Levi Sweat, of the home, Lawrence; grandparents, Martin & Rebecca Markley, Lawrence, paternal grandfather, Mike Sweat, Lincolnshire, IL and paternal grandmother, Vicky Lundy and her husband Rob, Vernon Hills, IL.
Memorial contributions may be made in his name to the Ezra Shepherd Sweat Memorial Fund and may be sent in care of Warren-McElwain Mortuary.
Emma and Steven [as well as the Markley and Sweat families] I send my thoughts and prayers to you all in this time. Emma, you are such a strong young woman and it has impressed me beyond words. May you find peace in this time of hurt.
