Donna Mae Grosdidier (Reusch) passed away on Sunday, March 24, 2024 at Pioneer Ridge Assisted Living in Lawrence Kansas. Donna was born to John and Fern Reusch (Broers) on April 9, 1935 in Eudora, Kansas.
She married Edgar Grosdidier on September 26, 1953 in Eudora, Kansas. They resided in Eudora until January 1971, when they moved to Lawrence, Kansas.
After they married, Donna became a homemaker staying home to raise all of her children, she always maintained a beautiful home.
Donna was an avid Chiefs and KU Basketball fan. She enjoyed her time watching her sports activities, you made sure you scheduled visits around these televised events.
Donna is survived by her four children, Mike Grosdidier (Cheryl), Sue Grosdidier, Scott Grosdidier, Megan Luttrell. She is survived by five grandchildren, Jill Dodge (Mark), Jamie Cigich (Chris), John Grosdidier, Madison Luttrell and Olivia Luttrell, great grandchildren, Cara Dodge, Dylan Dodge, Ryan Dodge, Henry Cigich and Wyatt Cigich.
Funeral service will be held at 1:30 p.m., Friday, March 29, 2024 at Warren-McElwain Mortuary-Eudora Chapel. The family will greet friends starting at 1:00 p.m. prior to the service. Private family burial will be in the Holy Family Catholic Cemetery, Eudora, KS.
The memorials chosen were close to Donna’s heart and she supported them throughout. The family has chosen the Eudora Schools Foundation and Ascend Hospice and may be sent in care of the Warren-McElwain Mortuary.
The family would like to thank the staff of Pioneer Ridge Assisted Living and Ascend Hospice who took such loving care of our mom, we could not have asked for more caring people to surround her.

Dear Sue, Mike, Scott, and Megan,
Your mother was one of the most warm, sweet, and wonderful women that I have ever met. Donna always made me feel special when I was at your house seeing Sue when we were in junior high and high school. Sue, your love, support, and caring ways deeply touched and enriched Donna’s life.
Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with all of you as you mourn the loss of your wonderful mother.

She will be missed. I enjoyed talking to her when she would call and needed HVAC service. Roger so enjoyed seeing her. Our condolences to the family.
