Christopher L. Baldwin

There are no formal services planned for Christopher L. Baldwin, 42, Lawrence. He passed away on Monday, July 19, 2021 at his home.
Christopher was born on February 27, 1979 in Topeka, KS the son of Gerald and Anna (Negrete) Baldwin.

He was a stay-at-home father.

He married Kristina Lynn Ward on May 18, 2001 in Lawrence. She survives of the home.

Other survivors include his son, Orion Gaberal Zev Baldwin; daughter, Amara Tigerlily Baldwin, both of the home; two sisters, Amy Allen, Felicia Negrete; and three brothers, George Negrete, James Baldwin and T.J. Baldwin.

Memorial contributions may be made in Christopher’s name to the Christopher Reeves Foundation, Kidney Cancer Research or to Ronald McDonald House and may be sent in care of Warren-McElwain Mortuary, 120 W. 13th Street, Lawrence, KS 66044.

    My deepest condolences for your loss. Chris was funny and kind. We met in middle school, and as adults, I could count on him to offer encouragement and make me laugh through occasional messages. He was clearly a loving and devoted dad, husband, brother, friend, etc.
