Oh I’m so sorry to hear this. Charlotte was very special to me during her time here at Parking & Transit. She was on my mind very much last week even before I knew she had passed. I know you are all heartbroken right now but hope that you can find peace in the knowledge that Charlotte is pain free and with her family and her Lord. God bless you all.

I often thought of Charlotte and Runita long after I moved from kansas. She treated me like one of her own and it is very sad to hear she is gone. I will hold her memories dear to my heart. To her family, I am very sorry for your loss. May the pain of her passing be brief and her love live on in each of you.
