I best knew Carl via his Carpet Care I business. He was so accommodating of my tenant needs and my business needs for “creative” carpet cleaning services.

Carl and Cindy made a great working team–always good spirits and a good time.

    My special condolences to Cindy.

I was so glad to run into Carl at The Legion in Perry a few months ago. He has been a friend from many years and all through PRHS. Carl was a character when he was young and there was never a dull moment when Carl was around. I have many memories of Carl and they almost always included a big laugh. Rest in peace my old friend.

    Stephanie and family,
I am sorry for the loss of your loved one. Stephanie I remember you and I having many good talks at the Peds office about our dads and what they meant to us. We both had special dads and I am sorry to hear about your dads passing. I too lost my dad and I wish I could tell you that the pain and sorrow goes away but 2 years later I still find myself with pain and sorrow at times. I will be praying for you and know that it will get better. Praying for peace and comfort for your entire family.

I will miss you Carl. I loved your smile and your ornery side of things. You were a good man and I appreciated all his help along with Cindy’s when I was sick. They would come over and help with my yard work and more.

I so sorry for your lose Cindy. Know that you have folks thinking about you and sending you good thoughts during this time.

many sellers will choose to wallow in self-pity, but the fact is that even if you only bought 5 years ago, you could probably sell today and still make 70n80%.ma-y will come to regret their greed in trying to extract that small extra gain
