I was sad to hear of Ada’s death. Ada and three other former choir members of Overland Park Christian Church and I celebrated birthdays for over 10 years. We always looked forward to catching up with one other and had some really good times together. She was extremely proud of her family. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

My mom, Wanda Jackson and Ada were dear friends. They were both “lunch ladies” at Shawnee Mission schools. I grew up with Ada and Mac joining in many of my family’s celebrations.

Ada was a dear and loyal friend and will be missed! Rest in Peace Ada!

Ada was a good friend. She and I were Altos in the choirs at Overland Park Christian Church and Circle Of Faith Christian Church. I was also one of the Birthday buddies. We loved her.

My belated condolences to Ada’s family, as I just became aware of her passing. I worked at the American Cancer Society where she volunteered on a regular basis, and her spunk and sense of humor were a pleasure to work with! We met for lunch during the holidays after I left ACS, and she had a heart of gold. May she rest in peace.
