Mrs. Hadley drove the school bus I rode on for years. I remember her playing Dionne Warwick music and giving all of us homemade treats like popcorn balls on Halloween and ice cream bars on warm sunny days. She was kind but firm with all of us. I know I always said thank you, but now I really appreciate how she made riding the bus a wonderful memory.

Erla Fay was a neighbor, as well as a cousin (I believe) to my mom Eva (Hulce) Mason. My sympathies to John and family. I remember her garden very well. It was a showplace. Our Love, Mary (Mason) Mitchell
