Helen Maxine Gregory Langhofer, 92, of Lawrence Kansas passed away on December 8th 2024. She was born on May 19th, 1932 in Mankato, KS. She attended KU and worked as a court reporter for many years until she found her passion for real estate and worked as a realtor for over 40 years. Throughout her life she was an avid golfer and went on to win many trophies and tournaments.
She was a beloved mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She is survived by her children, Jolene Riegle and Gavin Gregory and her step-children, Roxanne Gregory and Gleason Gregory; Grandchildren, Tye Cooley, Nicholas Gregory, Nicole Riegle, Samantha Totten, Dalton Piecukonis and 7 great grandchildren. Preceded in death by her mother Helen Rose Dibble, her father Rolland Dibble Sr. her brother Rolland Dibble Jr. “Bud”, and her step-daughter, Michelle Stacy.
There will be no funeral services, as the family held a private burial on Thursday.
Lovely, kind woman who I was lucky to know through real estate. My prayers for her whole family.

Maxine was a joy to work with at McGrew! Always a twinkle in her eye as we shared our life stories over the years. Serious yet funny in all positive intent! I hold dear my acquaintance with her. My sadness in her passing and my prayer for comfort to all who mourn.
