Memorial services for Mary Alice (Snodgrass) Stout, 77 of Lawrence, Kansas will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 29, 2023 at the Reno Cemetery in Reno, Kansas. Mary passed away on Sunday, July 16, 2023 at the Medicalodges in Eudora, Kansas.

Mary was born on January 11, 1946 in Tonganoxie, Kansas. She was the daughter of Walter and Eunice (Matheson) Snodgrass. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, daughter, and sister who will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

She was a graduate of Perry High School in Perry, Kansas.

Mary was a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for multiple nursing homes in Douglas and Johnson Counties in Kansas.

She married Ronald Henry Stout in 1964. He preceded her in death on January 24, 1976. She was also preceded in death by her parents and several siblings.

Survivors include her children, Ron Stout, Eudora; Richard (Dana) Stout, Kansas City, Missouri; and Rhonda (Jake) Stout Rast, Lenexa; five grandchildren, Jessica, Samantha, Hannah, Alicia, and Mikhail; three great grandchildren, Skylar, Benjamin, and Olivia; and siblings, Donald, Norma, Daniel, Edna, Shirley, Norman, and Lois; as well as other extended family.   

The family suggests memorials (flowers or cards please, no money) in Mary’s name to 6643 N. Anita Avenue, Kansas City, Missouri 64151, in care of Richard Stout.
