My sincere condolences to the Van Sickel family. Jim and I worked together at KDOT for 13 years, where he was my boss for most of that time. We remained best of friends after I left KDOT, and when possible, continued to do lunch together every week until his condition worsened. Jim, I greatly miss you—like you said, I will see you again on the other side, old buddy!
