To the family of Mr. John Fluker, Jr.
I would like to express my condolences to you for the loss of your dear loved one. When someone you love dies, the pain, the grief and the feelings of helplessness can seem unbearable. At such a time as this, Jehovah God’s Word, the Bible, can provide much comfort. It helps us to understand how Jehovah and Jesus feel about death. They hate death, and Jehovah God promises in 1 Corinthians 15:26 to destroy this enemy once and for all. Jehovah also promises at Isaiah 26:19 that the dead will live again. They will be brought back to life, right here on earth. This is the hope of the resurrection. Jehovah can remember our dead loved ones in every detail, and he is ready to restore them to life. Imagine the joy when Mr. Fluker is resurrected to receive the fulfillment of these promises, and is reunited with his lived ones.
