    Dear Dottie and family,

My sincerest condolences on your loss. Don was the kindest, gentlest man and had a quite sense of humor that I really enjoyed. I am so sorry we didn’t see as much of you both as I would have liked. Know that I am thinking of you and what you are going through. I will be here if you need someone to talk to and lean on.

    As always, Aline

Don, Professor Daugherty, was my teacher and colleague. He could take an electronic circuit apart faster than anyone I know. He was honest, straight forward, and always pitched in to the task at hand. His teaching will last a long time.

Janet, I am so sorry to hear of Don’s passing. Lost track over the many years but remember him during our family visits to Carthage. I remember most when the local radio station contacted him or your Dad and ask if he would change his radio set because he was broadcasting on the air, too much power I guess. Again my condolences to you and his family.

    Bob
