    Kathy,
Charlotte was a very sweet person. I will always remember her for taking care of my brother Mike. She made that promise to me on the wedding day. And I will never forget it. I will also remember her jovial laugh and her beautiful smile that she gave me every time I saw her. Her love for animals was beyond reproach, and your pet was her pet and vise versa. I know that she is with our lord and savior Jesus Christ. Her faith was strong. I will be miss her much. God Bless you Kathy.

Charlotte worked for me a number of years, I actually hired her for her first position with the state. She was such a joy to work with that she will always have a special place in my heart. My wife Marcia also got to know her and felt the same. We will miss her.

I am so sorry for your loss. Charlotte and Keith were neighbors to me when I lived on Lyon Street. Keith mowed my lawn for a whole season after my wife passed away suddenly. They were just great folks and will be missed.

Charlotte will be certainly missed. She was my step mom and at times most dearest confidedant and bestest friend. I truly love her deeply. Her compassion for animals probably made the biggest impact on my life as I now have 3 dogs and 1 cat. I know she’s dancing in heaven with my daddy again. Hugs and prayers for healing and strength.
