We were so hopeful Vera would beat this because she’s always been a fighter and overcome any obstacle life threw her way. Her faith and positive outlook along with her kindness and warmth will forever be in our memories. She loved her family and reached out to others with that same love and compassion. She was a treasure here on earth and is now a treasure in heaven. A beautiful soul that should be inspirational to all who had the pleasure of knowing her.

Sweet, Dear Vera! Her heart was so tender and so full of love to give to others! Truly an example of God’s love for us! I will always cherish my memories of her and all her kindness! She is now with no pain, rejoicing, dancing and laughing with Jesus and everyone else she loves! I can just imagine Patrick welcoming her with his arms open wide, his mischievous grin and saying, “MA, you’re home!”
May your family find comfort and strength in knowing we will all see each other again for those who love the Lord!
    You’re all in my prayers…

We were so saddened to hear of dear Vera’s passing. Mike ,Molly and I have been good friends of her family for almost 40 years, all stemming from my friendship with Lindy. We have shared many happy celebrations: weddings, birthdays (although Veras age was always a mystery!), Christmas etc. I really loved swapping books with her and will miss her in so many ways. Such a strong and feisty supporter and protector of this marvelous family. I see her dancing in heaven, free of pain! And, of course, always there to watch over and guide. She will be dearly missed.
