Sharon was an intelligent, caring and powerful woman, but even more than that she had a wonderful sense of humor. Talking politics with her was always insightful, informed and most of all fun because she had a unique perspective. We shared books with each other and enjoyed discussing them. She was one of a kind.

My sympathy to Sharons family. I met Sharon a few times when she lived in Overland Park. She’s now with her son, Dave who spent a lot of time with our family. May they be enjoying their reunion in Heaven.

Sharon and I were close friends in high school and had many good times together. Her health had been declining for quite a few years. My condolences to her family. Sharon will be missed by everyone who knew her.
