Rolland Neal Johnson, 98 of Surprise, Arizona passed away March 16, 2019.

Rolland was born September 17, 1920 in Paxico, KS to Burt and Myrtle (Dawson) Johnson

He lived in Lawrence, Kansas most of his life and then in 1992 he moved to Killeen, Texas.
In 2017 Rolland moved to Surprise, AZ to be closer to relatives.

He served in the US Army during World War II and received an honorable discharge after 5 1/2 years of service.

He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers Raymond and Delbert

He is survived by his cousin Judy Dawson-Berndt of Arizona

Graveside memorial service with Military Honors will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, March 25, 2019 in Memorial Park Cemetery in Lawrence, Kansas. The service will be officiated by Chaplain Bill Bump.
