My name is Kieve Saunders, and I am one of the babies Mrs. Hicks fostered in 1973. My family loved her very much and I grew up being told how much the Hicks loved me and how well they took care of me❤️ I Thank GOD I was able to see her again as an adult to Thank her for Loving Me, in person. I was visiting Lawrence in 2004 and decided to Suprise Mrs. Hicks with a visit. I was about 31 years old… When I knocked on the door, she opened it and I said,”Hi, Mrs. Hicks” and she didn’t hesitate, she said,” Kieve? Well I haven’t seen you since the day you left!” I was about 10 or 11 months old… and even after all those years, she still knew me.. a baby she truly loved❤️

Forgive me for the long post, but I just wanted to share my love and honor for Mrs.Hicks. My sincere condolences to you all. I’m not sure if you remember me Robyn, but I remember you. And I grew up having a picture of us playing on a piano????
