Tim, Tom, Jeff, Julie and Andy- So sorry for your loss. It’s never easy losing a parent. I have fond memories from Swim Team days, to playing baseball in the neighborhood and a little football on the LCC golf course and your mom always being the “Neighborhood Mom”. What a true gift she was to many.

Tim, Tom, Jeff, Julie & Andy,
Prayers are being prayed to JESUS for HOLY SPIRIT to comfort your whole family & flood each of you with warm, beautiful, loving & precious memories of your Mama!!
🙏✝️🙏
The radiance of JESUS always gleamed from her eyes & through her actions as she served HIM by serving others with great genuine care!! After we moved to Lawrence, hearing her stories of our parents’ Atchison childhood through high school days was always great entertainment! When she & Mama recounted their hole by hole plays in golf tournaments they played together, there was no doubt of their competitive athleticism, LOVE for the game & the joys (or some frustrations) they experienced!!😁
Mary’s hospitality, hosting a beautiful wedding shower for me is a treasured memory; her compassion to come with food & set with our family when Daddy & Mama were in the hospital will never be forgotten.
May HOLY SPIRIT help each of you as you process your grief & may HE encourage you all with knowing your time of separation is short in comparison to the time in eternity you will have together, to worship & celebrate JESUS together!!! Cling to JESUS & HIS WORDS of TRUTH, HE is with each of you & is always ready to engage in an ongoing, meaningful relationship with you!!!
With prayers & deep sympathy,
Michele (Wilson) Cowger

To the Arensberg Family Members,
We are deeply saddened about the passing of Mary. She was a delightful soul. We have many fond memories of you Mom and Dad since we joined LCC in 1977. You are in our thoughts and prayers. Your parents were wonderful to us over the years. One of my fondest memories was when our family and your family were all swimming in the Vigare’s pool in Palm Desert over 40 years ago.
I am saddened to learn of Mary’s passing. We were very close friends as we worked together at the telephone company and I was in Mary and Jack’s wedding. Many happy times together.
My love prayers and sympathy to all of the family.
