Funeral services for Mark J. Chang, 88, Lawrence will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, December 27, 2019 at Warren-McElwain Mortuary in Lawrence. Burial will take place at Oak Hill Cemetery in Lawrence. Mark passed away Friday, December 20, 2019 at Brandon Woods in Lawrence.
Mark will be remembered as a cherished member of Pioneer Ridge Independent Living. Though he quietly lived his life here, he was always acknowledged as a key member of our community, as were the many members of his family who visited often. I’m sure we will miss Mark and all of the Chang family for some time to come.

Loved our conversations in the hall of Pioneer Ridge Independent Living. Mark willingly shared his calligraphy skills with many of us. He was a respected resident that sorely will be missed as well as his friendly family visits.
Sorry to hear about Mr. Chang. Our family enjoyed celebrating birthdays together since our dad’s birthdays were the same day but different years. We enjoyed celebrating with Mr. Chang and his entire family!
