I am so glad that our lives crossed once in a while. Marie had a heart for and like Jesus, so every time we crossed paths, I was left with a residual inner peace from her knowledge and examples of Jesus that lasted for days to come. I will miss you Marie, but I see you holding Aunt Francis hand on one side and Tony on the other! God’s “Peace” to all of you!!

Condolences to the Cawley and Ice families. Marie was an exceptionally warm person. Anytime i was at their house I was invited in and treated in the most welcoming manner. Marie sent to me a nice note regarding my brother Bruce’s passing even though she did not know my address. It got to me via the funeral home. I still have it cause it was so special.

I am sorry for your loss. I think my first interaction with Marie was at the Lawrence school district office when she was the switchboard operator/secretary. She was most helpful. Later, I became acquainted with her at St. John church and knew of her dedication to the parish.
Hold your favorite memories of Marie close.
May God grant you peace and comfort at this time.
