LeRoy Edward Brown died February 7, 2016. He graduated from Lawrence High School and attended the University of Kansas. He is survived by his wife, Peggy; daughter, Rochelle Young; son, Aaron Brown; four grandchildren; one great grandson and a host of relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his son, Zuberi Brown. Home going service will be held in Maryland Thursday, February 25, 2016. Burial with a brief prayer will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 1, 2016 at Oak Hill Cemetery in Lawrence.
So sorry to hear of Leroy’s passing . For a year , we were next door neighbors over on Delaware Street in Lawrence, Kansas. He was a smart, very kind and nice friend. I am sure those positive parts of his personality followed him through life. I pass on to his family my deepest condolences, that they may find peace and comfort from the many years of happiness he brought to them. May God Bless him and may he rest in eternal peace with our Heavenly Father.
