Kenneth “Kenny” Wayne Williams

Funeral services for Kenneth “Kenny” Wayne Williams, 58, Eudora will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, May 17, 2019 at Warren-McElwain Mortuary – Eudora Chapel, Eudora, KS. Burial will follow at Eudora Cemetery. Kenny passed away Saturday, May 11, 2019 at his home.

Kenny was born May 26, 1960 in Lawrence, KS, the son of Carl and Shirley (Starkey) Williams.

He was a Truck Driver for Marten Transportation.

He married Melba R. (Courter) Fisher in August 1994 in Lawrence, KS. She survives of the home.

Other survivors include his children, Kenneth “K.C.” Courter, Eudora, Zack Courter, Bonner Springs Angelica Courter, Holton, KS, Phoenix Williams, Xavier Williams, Elizabeth Williams, all of Eudora, five grandchildren, Shawna Courter, Nick Courter, Johnathan Courter, Willow Courter, Ronyn Courter; sister, Debbie “Debra” Maloney, Ottawa; and two brothers, Mike Williams, Eudora, and Chris Williams, Virginia.

The family will greet friends from 6 – 8 p.m. Thursday, May 16, 2019 at Warren-McElwain Mortuary – Eudora Chapel in Eudora, KS.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his name to Warren-McElwain Mortuary for Kenny’s children, Warren-McElwain Mortuary, 120 W. 13th Street, Lawrence, KS 66044.

    I am sad to recieve this news about Kenny’s passing. I worked at Marten and Swift before that with Kenny. Kenny always talk about his family, and had a kind heart. I talk with him regularly and consider him a good friend. My condolences and prayers go out to the family. Rest in peace my good friend, we will meet again someday.
