So many memories, so many laughs! Ken’s stories, his knowledge of just about everything, and his huge heart are things I’ll never forget. Two things stick out the most—him rounding up the kids and shooting off rockets at the middle school—Max and Sam just thought that was the coolest thing! Also, Ken would be back up in Ohio for business—he would somehow just appear at our door with his “Ken Love here…” greeting. His “I can only stay for one…” always turned into a few. Diane, my sweet dear friend—I am so incredibly sorry. I know he was your rock. Morgan, Carly, and Brad—your dad was one of kind. You were one of the good guys, Ken—safe, home.

Ken was a wonderful man and engineer. During his visits here at Chanute Radiation he always spoke kindly and very often of Diane, his entire family, and his dogs. He had amazing stories about people he had worked with and was humbled by the experience. He was always interested in how things were in “my world” and truly cared about our patients. He was always upset if he had to order a part that would delay us from treating. Very kind man with a heart of gold!!! I am so sorry for your loss. I too will miss, “Ken Love here, you doing okay?” Love and prayers to all the Love family. Ken will be missed.

I have many fond memories and have learned so much working beside Ken for many years. Always had a smile on his face and willing to give the shirt off his back to anyone in need. I will for sure miss the random phone calls from “Ken Love out here” just calling to see how my family is doing.
Ken was a great guy and will be truly missed by so many.

Like others, I have many memories of Ken. I’ll miss his stories and our calls every month or so to catch up on how we’re doing in our lives. I worked with Ken many times over the years when he was at OSI and considered him a close friend who will be sorely missed. My condolences go out to Diane and his children of whom he was infinitely proud of and cherished dearly.
