We are so sorry, Joyce will forever be missed…love you all.
Joyce was my friend, and so is Lolita. She spent many hours at St. Luke’s receiving her treatments, and we became very close. I will miss her, i even had her phone number memorized from all the times she called. she was a fighter, never a quitter, she loved her family dearly, and I admired her so. Always talking lovingly of her family and friends. Joyce taught me a lot about horses and how to grow okra, which I am sorry she did not plant this year. And of course she also taught be about KU BASKETBALL!!! will always love her dearly, and she goes to rest in a much more peaceful pasture.
My thoughts and prayers are with the entire family in this time of need!
Joyce will be missed by everybody she was a great lady. My thoughts and prayers go out to family.
So sorry for your loss. Joyce will be missed by many. She was a wonderful friend and coworker.
Joyce was my cousin by marriage to my Uncle, Keith Sorenson. She was the sweetest girl I ever knew in Kansas and visited my mother in the hospital when Mom developed Leukemia. My family will never forget her kind and generous spirit.
