A wonderful woman has left our lives. I met Helen a year ago and sensed I had met a special person. Helen has always been positive despite her health problems. She is a wonderful example to all of us. Helen believed in getting on with your life and she practiced this belief. When I prayed for her last night, I thanked God for the opportunity to know and spend time with her.

Helen brought sunshine and laughter into my life and everyone around her. Always positive and now I realize a huge role model. Traveling with Helen was an adventure and memorable. My heart is broke because a great friend has left us, yet heaven has another Angel, and I will always have great memories. Thank you God for the great times with Helen!! ❤️❤️

I’m incredibly heart broken that Helen is no longer with us physically. Yes, Heaven gained another angel. Helen was an amazingly wonderful person. I had the honor of calling her my friend. We traveled together and she always made our tours more fun. Even though I knew her time left on Earth was short, we had made plans for one more trip together. So, Helen, I know we are not making that trip together but I know you are in Heaven with your hula skirt on dancing on the sand. You made it home, my friend. I will forever remember you for the loving and truly kind person you were. You made a positive impact on my life, as well as, many others.

Helen was truly a beautiful person inside and out. We will miss her greatly. Helen and I were cheerleaders together along with our friend, Sharon. Helen, Sharon and Louise were on the Homecoming Court together. Winchester High School classmates!! We celebrated 50 years last May. Recently, we had renewed our high school friendships and were trying to meet monthly for lunch. We are so thankful for the time we had with Helen. She was always beautiful, always upbeat, and always the perfect lady. The four of us had planned to go to Tulip Time in Topeka this coming Monday. You will be in our hearts forever, Helen.

Heaven has gained a Beautiful Precious Angel! My heart is broken that we will no longer be able to see her beautiful smile or hear that sweet voice of hers. She was a very gracious woman and was friends with anyone she came in contact with!! I feel very bad for the boys, but more for the grandchildren who will no longer get to have her in their lives!! She was a wonderful friend and I will miss her!!

Helen was an angel! Jimmy mowed their lawn for the last several years.. Inturn Helen would make sure I had mums in the fall and planted my containers in the spring. We have wonderful memories of them at our lake house. I made fudge for them every year for Christmas. Helen was included in all of our family celebrations. We all loved her so much. We
    Will miss her.

I am so sorry for your loss. We were friends ‘in the garden’. Helen was a delight to know, and contributed so much to our Master Gardener group, sharing her time, knowledge, and beautiful plants from her greenhouse. We will miss her smile and are truly sorry to say goodby to a friend.
