Dear Ermal’s family,
We are so saddened to read of Ermal’s death. Her quiet and soft manner was indicative of her caring and concern for others. She always greeted us with a smile and that smile would make all things right.
We believe that a person continues to live on through those they have touched in their lifetime. Ermal touched so many in such a positive way that she will be long remembered and missed. We share your loss.
