Clara Ann Stevens

Clara Ann Stevens, 85, Lawrence passed away November 13, 2023, at her home surrounded by family.  Clara was born September 15, 1938, in Webster City, Iowa, the daughter of Roy and Darlene (Young) Robb.

Clara liked to crochet, try her hand at painting and play games at the kitchen table with her children and grandkids. She loved to cook and bake when she was able to. She enjoyed traveling to see her family and was known as an excellent value shopper.

She married Darl W. Stevens on August 5, 1955, in Kingman, Arizona. They celebrated 61 years of marriage together.  He preceded her in death on December 26, 2016. She was also preceded in death by her parents and her five siblings.

Clara is survived by her daughter, Kathy Rosencrants (KJ)Jalali, Lawrence; two sons, Michael (Rosemary) Stevens, Las Vegas, Nevada, Jeffrey Stevens, Lawrence, four granddaughters, Michelle (Brian) Thompson, Jennifer (Ben Antillon) Stevens, Kristin Morrell, Kelsey (Kyle) Shook; seven great-grandchildren, Dagen Morrell, Delanie Morrell, Daxton Morrell, Jacob Thompson,  Lia Thompson, Kalynn Shook and Koen Shook.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, November 19^th, 2023, at her daughters’ residence. The family will receive family and friends from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. For more information contact Warren McElwain.
