No services will be held for Cheryl Lynn Thomas, 73, Lawrence. She passed away Thursday, July 1, 2021 at Medicalodges in Eudora, KS

Cheryl was born on March 2, 1948 in Hutchison, Kansas the daughter of Wendell J. and Doris I. (Babcock) Thomas.

She worked for 30+ years for Southwestern Bell and AT&T Telephone Company.

Survivors include her mother, Doris Thomas, Hutchinson; brother, Randy Thomas, Springfield, MO; sister, Jona Thomas, Hutchinson; children Tony Sneath and Wendy Sneath White; 2 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father and sister, Denise Farris.

Memorial contributions may be made in her name to the Lawrence Humane Society and may be sent in care of Warren-McElwain Mortuary, 120 W. 13th Street, Lawrence, KS 66044.

    I worked with Cheryl for a few years, my name is Cheryl, and she always said she was Cheryl #1 and I was #2. She was a good and fun person to work with!!!
