Bob, Ann Marie and Katie, I am so sorry for your loss, I truly loved your Wife/Mom. Saw her often at LMH, one day, I was in the “print shop”, picking up an order for our office. Carol was also in the print shop, she said, “I have a story to tell you. She then said, “this weekend I was driving down Mass. St. and Marie was my passenger. We witnessed a woman crossing the street, and I commented, Marie, do you see that lady? She looks like she’s a grandma and the little girl with her is her granddaughter, you can tell she loves that little girl soooo much. Just like I love you!!” Then, Carol said, “do you know who that woman was?? It was YOU and Ella…. I will remember Carol forever sharing this with me….I loved her.

    Bob, Katie and Ann Marie,
Carol was one of my coworkers at LMH who was a light of encouragement and support and a truly passionate nurse. She was an inspiration in teaching us all the importance of patient centered care and in her love of her profession.

She loved her family and gloried in the lives of her grandchildren. She will be greatly missed and our lives will lose a little sunshine without her to light up our days.
Please know you all are in our thoughts and prayers as you face your loss.

Bob, Ann Marie, & families: I am so sorry to hear about Carol’s passing and regret not being able to attend visitation tonight. I believe it was obvious to everyone who was ever around Carol just how much she loved her family. I always thought she had a quiet strength about her that was to be admired. Each of you are in my prayers.
