My first memory of Caleb was when he was a little boy coming with his grandmother Margaret to get her nails done. He was so cute, polite and loved his family and baseball. Following his journey on social media he was an inspiration to many, and even as a little boy- I could see the impact and legacy he was making for all he encountered. My heart is so sad- but I know I will we him again in heaven with no more pain. My thoughts and prayers are with the family during this difficult time of sorrow.

Trey was a fighter. He always did what was asked if him on our unit, even when he didn’t feel like it. He always said thank you and always so polite. It has hit me very hard being a nurse for 34 years. I saw my own boys in his eyes. I took care if him the day the person left a catcher’s mit for him and the day he graduated from high school. We loved him so much. He has left many heart breaks on unit 41. He will not be forgotten ever.
