Arthur Naylor Bray Jr. (Skip) 64 of Topeka Kansas passed away on 10/28/2018 after a brief illness. Born 8/24/1954 in Philadelphia, Pa to the late Arthur N Bray and late Virginia A Bray (Whitall). He is survived by his sister Bonnie J Ciafre (Bray), daughters Dawn Bray-Hayashi , Alicia Bray and son Andrew N Bray. He is also survived by six grandchildren. Interment to be private.
