Graveside Services for Alice May Newman, 90 of Lawrence will be held 10:00 A.M., June 19, 2018 at Oak Hill Cemetery in Lawrence. She passed away June 15, 2018.
Alice was born April 15, 1928 in Rockwell, Missouri, the daughter of Ben and Edith (Jensen) Newman.
Her survivors include, her sons, Bruce (Rosie) and Robert (Sylvia) Newman, brothers, Jim and Alan Jackson, four grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, George, granddaughter, Kelly Jo, sister, Alene Burtton, and brother, Robert Jackson.
Memorial Contributions may be made in her name to Visiting Nurses and may be sent in care of Warren-McElwain Mortuary.
