He attended Sacred Heart High School where he excelled in Quiz Bowl and 4H. He graduated from the University of Kansas with a degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2014, and he worked as a mechanical engineer for Kiewit Engineering until his death. He loved his family with all of his heart, and would do anything for them. He loved his wife Bethany, and spent countless hours with her traveling, working on their home, and adventuring outdoors with their puppy Echo. He liked to show his love for others by cooking for them. His specialties included mega breakfast, smoked meat, and sous vide steak. He enjoyed sharing his humor through memes and stories, and while he showed his love in many ways, one could always count on him to be there for them.
