I am sad to learn of Troy’s passing. I have some wonderful memories of “Toy” going all the way back to my college days at YC. I know there are so many who will miss him as you do.

Troy has touched so many people in his life and he left his mark on all of us. A good man with basic values, a lesson for all of us to take in. I’ll miss him driving down the street waving to the boys.

    Charlie and family,

I remember Troy clear back from my grade school days at Eudora many years ago. Once you got to know him, you learned that he was a kind man with a big heart. May God bless you during this difficult time. Our prayers are with you all.
