Rachel was such a kind and caring person. I will always remember our rides to PLHS softball practice when I was a freshman. She didn’t hesitate in offering to drive an underclassmen to practice. We had some good times in that car on those short trips. I’m am sadden to hear she has been taken so soon. But I know she will be looking down taking care of you all. My thoughts and prayers to the entire Harvey family.
