    Dear Kathy,
It is never easy to experience the death of someone close to us. But reading your father’s obituary, I marveled at the varied experiences he had in his life. How he succeeded in so many different ways. I did not realize what an adventurous spirit he had been. No wonder his own children can be found in different parts of the country and often of the world – physically or culturally.
Kathy, mein herzliches Beileid dir und deiner ganzen Familie,
    Anette
