    Dear Flannery Family,
I felt truly blessed having known Dorothy for the short time I worked w/her at Brandon Woods. Such a fun person to visit with. She loved her family and her church. I know she’s watching over her family and friends and smiling. No matter how bad she felt, she always managed to share a smile. She was a beautiful woman inside and out. She’ll be dearly missed. May you find comfort in all the fond memories you have of Dorothy.

    Peace & Prayers,
    ~Le-Thu

How sad I was to hear of my dear friend Dorothy Flannery’s passing, but how glad I was to have seen her on June 18 at Brandon Woods, when we traveled to Lawrence for the celebration of Fr. Bob’s 40 years of priesthood. She was beautiful inside and out, warm, funny, and generous. She was so proud of her wonderful sons Bob and Joe and all the family. Heaven is the richer, but we are the poorer. How I will miss her! God bless all the Flannerys in this difficult time, and may He give you His peace, which passes understanding.
